Sport-specific For Athletes


At the Peak Performance FitLight Training Center we believe that fitness applies to both the capabilities of your body and your brain's ability to harness those capabilities and use them to their full potential. For this reason our program is dual-focused. We train the body through intense physical exercise specified for the needs of each athlete based on their sport(s) as well as the brain through unique cognitive drills to improve speed, agility, coordination, and focus.

We use the FITLIGHT Trainerâ„¢ System we  to assess the athlete's current form and create tangible goals to improve, making it easier for you to get FASTER, STRONGER, and BETTER SOONER.

We are also firm advocates for pre-hab. An important aspect of our program is the improvement of flexibility and  the strengthening  of the small muscle groups that are often neglected when weight training. Not only does this type of training prevent injury, it also improves speed, power, and explosivity.
