MARTIAL ARTS

The Martial Arts program focuses on coordinations skills and defensive or offensive exercises that simultaneously develop the reactionary skills of the athletes. 1 on 1 plays integrate jumping, speed, reaction, movement and agility. Additionally, working with the lights improves hand/eye co-ordination, reaction and peripheral awareness.
