Football

Our Football program focuses on routines for explosiveness, agility, reaction, cutting drills and directional change. There are endless strength and conditioning routines using weight, resistance bands, that we have developed using the FitLight Trainer™.  Additionally, working with the lights will develop better Hand/Eye co-ordination, reaction and peripheral awareness. This protocol can develop better awareness on the playing field and help in avoiding “blind side hits”.
