Lacrosse is a sport that requires strength, speed, endurance, toughness and amazing hand eye coordination. Athletes need to be relentless and versatile. Our Lacrosse program includes individual routines for both fitness conditioning and lax-specific defense and ofense... as well as as well as enhancing  hand/eye coordination, reaction and peripheral awareness.
